CBA will execute emergency maintenance on the Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 service in the EU Region.

We have detected that we are affected by recently discovered critical bugs in NGINX.

We want to patch them promptly since they pose a security risk.

The maintenance period will begin on November 1, 2023 at 6:00 PM UTC, with a very brief maintenance patch to our systems. There will be minimal to no downtime, however users may experience a 502/503 Gateway Issue for a few seconds.
