We are aware of an issue of agents being automatically signed out of Live Assist in Europe, if you are experiencing this issue please contact support@liveassistfor365.com and provide your organisation URL.

We believe the issue is caused by a request timeout using and older path and we can update your organisation to use a newer, more optimal path.
