Our partner is performing a scheduled upgrade to enhance the Analytics Builder reliability and performance. The upgrade is in the platform's backend and will not modify its functionality or appearance.

Analytics Builder

Who is impacted:
Agents, Agent Managers, and Administrators will be unable to access Analytics Builder for up to an hour during the maintenance period.

A notice will be sent at the beginning of the upgrade time period and a final notice will be sent upon completion.
