CBA will be performing essential maintenance to the Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 service in our data centres servicing Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America on 18th Feb 2023. We're updating the Azure Kubernetes platform that underpins our services.

The maintenance period will start at 18:00 UTC, last for approximately 4 hours and be completed by 22:00 UTC.

We anticipate short periods of no more than a few min service disruption at the beginning and end of the maintenance window
