Our 3rd party service provider is performing an upgrade to a primary backend system that controls Agent Login and Chat services.

Impact On Service:
Agents logged in during the maintenance period may be logged out for approximately one minute and will need to re-login to Conversational Cloud. Ongoing Chats may be temporarily interrupted for approximately one minute and may need to be restarted by the consumer. Messaging conversations should not be impacted.

Who is impacted:
Agents, Agent Managers, Administrators, and Consumers will all experience up to a minute of interruption during the maintenance period. This may require users to reauthenticate and visitors to re-initiate chats.
