Between 15:55 UTC and 18:00 UTC we experienced an outage which prevented the creation of chat activities in Dynamics 365. This impacted all regions. All other features continued to work as normal, including the the ability for visitors to chat to agents, as this issue only impacted the creation of chat activities. Once resolved, the service created the missing chat activities however these recovered chat activities will be missing some visitor information such as navigation history, browser type and operating system. The recovered chat activities will still contain the link to the full chat transcript.
