We hit a few technical snags that prevented successful completion of the provisioning application maintenance in North America region yesterday. These have been resolved and we're re-scheduling for Thursday 31st Jan 2019.
As before the provisioning application will be unavailable for a short period whilst the maintenance is taking place. The maintenance will not impact service however customers will not be able to install or upgrade Live Assist for Dynamics 365 during this period.
