This is an important announcement for all users of CafeX Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
CafeX will be updating all Asia Pacific (AP) accounts to improve the user interface for the CafeX Live Assist Engagement Portal. Unnecessary views and options are being removed to streamline the experience for Live Assist administrators and supervisors.
A new feature is also being implemented to make it easier for visitors to see the current chat status. A button refresh feature will allow engagement statuses to be updated automatically based on current agent availability. Visitors will no longer need to reload the page to see an up-to-date view.
During this maintenance window Live Assist agents may not be able to log in. Agents already logged in will remain logged in.
