This is an important announcement for all users of CBA Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

CBA will be performing essential maintenance to the Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 service in our APAC (Asia Pacific) data centres on 9th March 2021.

The maintenance period will start at 16:00 (UTC), last for 3 hours and be completed by 19:00 (UTC).

During this time you may experience short periods of intermittent service.
