Planned activity:
In anticipation of the forthcoming peak season commencing in November, our 3rd party service provider is currently engaged in executing supplementary testing procedures for backend database services. The scope of the activity is limited to reaffirming the fallback/failover capabilities to ensure their intended operational performance.

Functionality that will be impacted during the time frame:
This activity is required in all three regions and was already successfully performed in the pre-production environment and the production environment in another region without customer impact. However, due to the criticality of the backend database platform, the risk is still present if unexpected issues arise. In the event of an impact, it is anticipated that Login services and downstream services may be impacted. This risk has been incorporated into the maintenance plan and will be addressed through real-time triaging with our service partner's subject matter experts.

Who is impacted:
Login services might be impacted both for human and bot agents. It is possible that all downstream services may be impacted.
