On Sunday 29th April we will be performing maintenance to our backend services in our EMEA data centres.

The maintenance window will start at 05:00 UTC and will complete at or before 09:00 UTC.

Chat services will not be effected; however, changes made through the administration portal may be impacted for a very short time.

In preparation customers will not be able to install Live Assist into Dynamics 365 accounts in the EMEA region. This temporary restriction will be lifted once the maintenance is complete.
