On Sunday 22nd April we will be performing maintenance to our backend services in our APAC data centres.

The maintenance window will start at 11:00 UTC and will complete at or before 16:00 UTC.

Chat services will not be effected; however, changes made through the administration portal may be impacted for a very short time.

In preparation customers will not be able to install Live Assist into Dynamics 365 accounts in the APAC region. This temporary restriction will be lifted once the maintenance is complete.
